오늘의 날씨는 겨울이 다가오는 것같다.
낙엽이 우수수 떨어지는 모습을 보고 계절이 바뀌는걸 세삼 느낀다.

오늘 레그라이즈, 스쿼트, 팔굽혀펴기 운동을 각 50회씩 하였다.

오늘의 실천계획서 달성률은 81%를 달성하엿다.
16개의 업무 중 13개의 업무를 실천하였다.

그나저나 오늘은 일을 열심히 뿐만아니라 제대로 해서 빨리 끝날 수 있었다.
그렇기에 오늘은 직원들이 나에게 뒷담화를 하지 않았다.

하지만 난 화가 몹시 났다. 나에게도 화가났다.

첫째, 장애인 손님이 왔는데 돈이 없어서 돌아가는 모습을 보고 나를 제외한 소수의 몇명만 뺴고 3명 정도 웃었다.

정말 무례한 행동이다. 그들의 나이는 23살 이하 애들이다.
CCTV로 오후 6시 30분에 찍혔기 떄문에 그들에게 벌을 내리고자 한다.

자신의 참회와 그들에게 벌을 줌으로써 정말 죄송함을 전하고 싶다.
"미안합니다. 그떄 보고만 있어서..."

the guest was disabled person. it's rude

The guest said "i have no money so i'll come later" my staff members laughed the guest

i was angry. they was between 20 - 23 ages
i'll punish them such my action was what i said "i'm so sorry really sorry...then i just seen you i should helped you right now" to the guest
