오늘의 날씨는 쌀쌀한 편이다. 오늘 운동은 하지 못하였다. 오늘은 우선순위 계획서를 쓰지 않았으며 놀기로 작정한 날이다. 거의 스마트폰만 만지면서 놀았으며 내일 오전 4시까지 만들며 하루를 끝냈다. 한번은 좋은 친구들과 함께 대만에 갔었는데 그 영상을 제작하면서 저절로 웃음이 났고 행복했었다. 직업을 가진다면 누군가를 위한 사회적인 직업을 가져야할 것이며 아니면 취미로만 키워야할 것이다, 아직은 실력이 없으므로 내 길인지는 잘 모르겠다. 그래서 실력이 키운다음에 진로를 결정하고자 한다. 오늘 날씨는 가을과 겨울 사이이다. 오늘 운동은 팔굽혀펴기와 스쿼트를 각각 50회씩 하였다. 오늘의 우선 순위 리스트 달성률은 52% 달성하였다. 오전부터 낮까지는 1개의 업무를 제외한 나머지는 모두 달성하였다. 하지만 그 이후 달성이 잘 안되었다. 원인을 찾아본 결과 오전부터 낮에는 카페라는 환경설정을 하였고 그 이후는 집이라는 환경설정을 하였다ㅏ. 구체적으로 말하자면 카페에서는 핸드폰을 잘 보지 않았으며 집에서는 핸드폰을 자주 보았다. 저번 일기들을 통해서 알 수 있겠지만 핸드폰과 장소를 항상 염두 해야하는 것같다. 즉, 어떤 업무를 시작할 떄 적합한 장소에서 시작하며     휴대폰은 꺼놓는게 생산성을 높이는 전략이다. 오늘의 날씨는 어제와 같다. 오늘 운동은 하지 못하였다. 그 이유는 잘모르겠다. 오늘의 우선 순위 계획서는 40%ㅈ 정도 달성하였고 어제와 달리 30% 가량 떨어졌다. 그 이유를 한번 보자. 1. 첫 출근을 하였다. 하지만 첫 출근부터 제일 어려운 업무가 들어와서 일을 하였더니 너무 피곤하다. 2. 집 유자마자 밥 먹고 바로 침대로 갔. 3. 누적된 피로 오늘의 큰 교훈 : 퇴근 후 밥 먹으면 바로 책상에 안증ㄹ 것.                       너무 피곤하면 한 숨 잘 것.

오늘의 날씨 : 아침에는 쌀쌀한 편이였고 낮에는 더워졌다. 오늘의 운동은 팔굽혀펴기와 스쿼트 그리고 팔 운동을 각각 50회씩 하였다. 오늘의 실천계획서는 업무 14개 중 10개를 71%를 달성하였다. 오늘은 어제 보다 더 나아진 것같다. 하지만 90% 달성하던 과거와 달리 실행력이 낮아진 것같다. 떨어진 이유를 살펴보았다. 그 이유는 역시나 스마트폰이였다. 오늘의 큰 교훈 : 업무를 실행할떄는 스마트폰을 비행기모드로 해놓을 것!.
